Cruz enjoys reading professional development books, spending time with family, and watching her only son play baseball.

    Brisa Piedra is the Chief of Operations at Prominence. She has over 10 years combined experience in accounting and customer service. Brisa has been a tax preparer and has helped mold the functions of the business at Prominence. Her can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for reaching client's goals.

    Brisa was born and raised in Azusa, California. She is the daughter of immigrant parents and is the middle child out of five daughters. She currently lives in Azusa with her husband of 12 years and their two fur babies.

  • In the beginning, we do require involvement from you as far as what bookkeeping categories we need, how detailed they should be, and what your specific goals are with your tax strategy. Once your onboarding is complete and all your accounts are set up, we only need to meet for 15 minutes a month to review your books, and 60 minutes quarterly.

  • The Business Elite Subscription is a 12-Month Commitment (Onboarding fees quoted separately).

  • That’s up to you. We’ll be doing all the planning, strategy, and forecasting for your business finances during our quarterly meetings, so you don’t necessarily need to hire that service out to someone else. This can potentially save you a lot of money if your previous tax prep professional wasn’t also providing you with these services.

  • It takes a couple of months for us to get to know you and your business. After that, we need a couple of months to put your tax strategies into play and make sure that they’re working as planned. It takes about a year for you to see the impact of these money- and time-saving strategies in your business.

  • No, we only offer our tax prep services as part of a package. Preparing your tax return requires a lot of planning and thought process. Establishing a relationship with our clients throughout the year is key to optimizing your tax return to align with both your personal and business finance goals.
